How we’ll go from anxious to confident
Psychometric testingUnderstand yourself like never before.
We start by finding out what’s actually stopping you from deciding — a short diagnostic, then a call to go through what it found. After that, four assessments build the profile: what pulls you, how you’re built, what you need from a job, and what you want from your life.
Before anything else
What’s in the way
Questions about the decision rather than about you — what is making it hard, and what you believe about it that might not be true.
There’s one career out there that’s perfect for me, and I need to find it.
If I pick the wrong thing, I’ll be stuck with it.
A good test should just be able to tell me what I should do.
I need to be certain before I can commit to anything.
I don’t really know what I’m good at.
Our own questions, built on the CDDQ and VISA, answered one to nine · Five of the statements. It also asks about motivation, putting decisions off, what you know about the work itself, and the people pulling you in different directions.
Your first call. We go through what it found — what you believe about the decision, and who you are trying to keep happy — before a single test gets taken.

Stress-testingHave your choice argued against before you commit years to it.
You answer 16 questions on your own, one screen at a time, and your coach reads them before the call. Then the choice gets argued against rather than agreed with — and a plan that changes here is the phase working rather than failing.
What you found out
Was there a moment, looking into this, when you thought "maybe not"?
We end this phase with a call, ensuring you've made a well-informed, well-researched, and justified choice — rather than guessing and hoping.
Vision and commitmentLeave with a vision for who you’re becoming, and a plan for what you do next.
A couple of hours on your own, over as many sittings as you like. 10 questions: what the good version of this actually looks like, what it's going to cost you, and what's most likely to get in the way. Your coach reads it, and it's what your next conversation is built on.
A year from now, everything has gone exactly as planned. What does a week of your life look like?
4 of 10
On the call, we discuss your vision for the future and build out a plan so you know exactly how you’re going to get there.
The questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Usually two to four weeks. But it ends when you're sure of the direction and we agree you're sure, not on a date we set at the start. We don't rush it and we don't cut it short.
If you're working to a hard deadline — an application date, an offer to accept — tell us at the start and we'll do our best to work to it.
How much of their time does it take each week?
There's no weekly quota. It's a series of individual tasks and each one is fairly quick on its own. We work at whatever pace you want to go at — and if there's a hard deadline coming, we push harder.
Is all of it online?
Yes. The assessments, simulations and networking are all online.
Contact with the professionals is sometimes a live call and sometimes a recorded answer to your questions — whichever is easier to arrange with someone doing the job full time.
Sometimes, depending on the specific career being explored, we may prescribe real-world tasks to complete for more accurate data to inform your decision.
What if they already know what they want?
Usually it means the choice arrived rather than got made — from family, from school, from being good at something early on. From the inside that feels exactly like certainty, which is what makes it worth checking: confidence that has never been tested is very hard to tell apart from the real thing.
So it doesn't get thrown out. A direction they're already strongly considering gets explored the same way any other would — researched properly, put inside a simulation of the work, and argued against on purpose in phase three. If it holds up, they own it instead of having inherited it. If it doesn't, far better to find that out now than five years in.
What if we start and it's clearly wrong?
Tell us as soon as possible, and we'll work out together how best to proceed. A programme you don't feel is the right fit isn't any good to either of us.
Is it the same coach the whole way?
Yes. The same coach from the first call to the last.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes. Four payments — a quarter today, then one a fortnight — paid off in six weeks. No interest and no fee. You choose it at checkout rather than asking us for it.
What happens after it finishes?
On Unlimited there are two check-ins, one at six months and one at a year. On Basic it ends with the final call. You keep everything in your account and can always access it.
What do we actually get to keep?
Everything you worked on or read throughout the programme remains on your account, forever accessible. Your psychometric results, the research documents, your direction-check, and your vision-and-commitment documents. Everything's on the record and yours to refer back to.
